Update on Finalisation Announcement

Investors are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 27
October 2025 regarding the proposed changes to the fund structure,
investment policy and the name of the Satrix SWIX Top 40 Portfolio.

The Manager is currently awaiting approval of the ballot results from
the Financial Sector Conduct Authority ("FSCA"). Accordingly, investors
are advised that the finalisation announcement, originally scheduled
for release on 9 January 2026, will now be issued upon receipt of the
necessary FSCA approval.

Accordingly, the proposed timelines as previously communicated are no
longer applicable. Revised salient dates will be published in due course
once FSCA approval has been obtained.
