Notice of dividend currency exchange rate

Shareholders on the South African register of the Company are referred to the announcement released
on 13 May 2025 with regard to the financial results for the full year ended 28 February 2025 and
proposal by the Board of a gross final and special dividend from retained earnings of 6.9 pence per
share and 10.0 pence per share, respectively.
As approved by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 2 July 2025,
the final and special dividends will be payable on Friday, 25 July 2025 to all ordinary shareholders who
are registered as such at the close of business on the record date, Friday, 11 July 2025.
Shareholders on the South African register will be paid the ZAR cash equivalent as follows:
- Final dividend of 166.62251 cents per share (133.29801 cents per share net of dividend withholding
tax).
- Special dividend of 241.48190 cents per share (193.18552 cents per share net of dividend
withholding tax).
Dividend withholding tax of 20% will be applicable to all shareholders on the South African register who
are not exempt therefrom. The ZAR cash equivalent has been calculated using the following exchange
rate: GBP1: ZAR24.14819 being the GBP/ZAR exchange rate on Monday, 7 July 2025 at 09:00 (BST).
