NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF LESAKA SHAREHOLDERS ON AUGUST 3, 2026
Notice is hereby given that the Company intends to hold a special meeting of shareholders at 15H00, local time, 09H00
Eastern Time, on August 3, 2026, at 7 Parks Boulevard, Oxford Parks, 1st Floor, Dunkeld, Johannesburg, 2196, South
Africa, to approve an award of 1 million stock options to its Executive Chairman.
A copy of the preliminary notice is available on the Company's website at https://ir.lesakatech.com/proxy.php. A final notice
will be available on July 2, 2026.
Lesaka's Board of Directors has fixed the close of business on June 15, 2026, as the record date for determining
shareholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the special meeting.
