DECLARATION OF PREFERENCE DIVIDEND NUMBER 39
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, 27 October 2025, Netcare declared a gross preference
dividend (Number 39) of 444.53938 cents per preference share for the period from
1 April 2025 to 30 September 2025, payable on Monday, 17 November 2025 to holders of the
preference shares recorded in the books of the Company at close of business on Friday,
14 November 2025. The preference dividend has been declared out of income reserves.
In compliance with the requirements of Strate and the JSE Limited, the following dates are applicable:
Last date to trade "cum" the preference dividend ("LDT") : Tuesday, 11 November 2025
Date trading commences "ex" the preference dividend : Wednesday, 12 November 2025
Record date : Friday, 14 November 2025
Date of payment : Monday, 17 November 2025
Preference share certificates may not be dematerialised nor rematerialised between Wednesday,
12 November 2025 and Friday, 14 November 2025, both dates inclusive.
In terms of the Dividends Tax, the following additional information is disclosed:
1. The local Dividend Tax rate is 20%;
2. The net local dividend amount is 355.63150 cents per preference share for shareholders liable to
pay the Dividends Tax and 444.53938 cents per preference share for shareholders exempt from
paying the Dividends Tax;
3. The issued preference share capital of Netcare is 6 500 000 preference shares as at the date of
declaration; and
4. Netcare's tax reference number is 9999/581/71/4.
