RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

In compliance with paragraph 6.71(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Ms Mbali
Ngcobo has resigned as Company Secretary of Altron with effect from 31 July 2026.

The Board of directors of Altron thanks Ms Ngcobo for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her
future endeavours.

The appointment of a replacement Company Secretary will be communicated to shareholders in due course.
