Shareholders are referred to the Company's 2026 Integrated Annual Report ("IAR"), published
on 30 June 2026.

The Company has identified a typesetting / production error on page 73 of the implementation of
the remuneration policy report contained in the IAR and has accordingly updated and corrected
same.
