DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the JSE Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised of the
following dealing in securities by a director of the Company.

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock
Exchange News Service of the JSE on 30 May 2025, regarding Mr Phildon
Roux's hedging transaction with a financial institution which consisted
of an equity collar hedge, a securities lending arrangement, and a
financial guarantee ("Hedging Transaction").

Shareholders are now advised that the Hedging Transaction with the
relevant financial institution has been closed out as the underlying
shares have been sold in the market.
