ASSMANG DIVIDEND UPDATE

Further to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News
Service ("SENS") on 10 November 2025, shareholders are advised
that ARM has received a final dividend of R1 500 million from
Assmang Proprietary Limited ("Assmang"), in respect of the
financial year ended 30 June 2025.
