CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER RESIGNATION AND SUCCESSION PROCESS

In accordance with paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the Board of
Directors of Nampak ("the Board") advises shareholders that Mr Glenn Fullerton ("Glenn")
has given the Company notice of his resignation as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO").

Glenn will step down from the role on 31 August 2026. During the remainder of his tenure,
Glenn will continue to perform his duties as CFO and will work closely with the Board and
executive management to ensure continuity and a smooth and effective transition.

As part of the succession planning process, the Board, through the Nominations and
Remunerations Committee, has initiated a search for a suitably qualified and experienced
successor.

The Board expresses its appreciation to Glenn for his contribution to the Company over the
past 11 years and specifically his leadership during a period of significant change.
