RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

In compliance with paragraph 6.71 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr
Ferdinand Nel has resigned as an executive director and as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, with effect from
8 June 2026.

The Board has accepted Mr Nel's resignation. Appropriate interim financial management arrangements have been
implemented to ensure continuity of financial oversight, reporting and governance while a permanent Chief Financial Officer
is appointed.

Shareholders will be advised on the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer in due course.

The Board wishes him well in his future endeavours.
