INTERIM RESULTS RELEASE DATE AND VIRTUAL PRESENTATION


Dipula, a South Africa focused REIT that owns a portfolio of retail, office, industrial and residential assets across
South Africa, will release its unaudited condensed consolidated interim financial results for the six months ended
29 February 2024 (the "interim results") on SENS on Tuesday, 14 May 2024.

Management will host a virtual briefing on the interim results as follows:
