DIVIDEND/DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2025

Lighthouse shareholders are referred to the dividend declaration announcement released on Tuesday, 10 March 2026
and the circular ("Circular") distributed to shareholders in respect of a cash dividend of 1.44780 EUR cents per
share ("Cash Dividend"), with an alternative scrip distribution option of 1.44780 EUR cents per share ("Scrip
Distribution").

Shareholders are advised as follows:

    1. The Scrip Distribution reference price is 736.22106 ZAR cents per share ("Scrip Distribution Reference
Price"), being the closing spot price of Lighthouse shares traded on the JSE on Monday, 16 March 2026,
less the amount of the Cash Dividend, converted from EUR at an exchange rate of
ZAR 19.18700:EUR 1.00 (determined as the closing foreign exchange rate on Monday, 16 March 2026).

    2. Shareholders on the South African register who receive the Cash Dividend will receive their Cash Dividend
in South African Rands, converted from Euro at an exchange rate of ZAR 19.18700:EUR 1.00 (determined
as the closing foreign exchange rate on Monday, 16 March 2026).

    3. Accordingly, the gross Cash Dividend of 1.44780 EUR cents per share will be equal to 27.77894 ZAR cents
per share for shareholders on the South African register who are exempt from paying South African dividends
       tax.

    4. The net Cash Dividend amount will be 22.22315 ZAR cents per share for South African shareholders liable
for South African dividends tax at a rate of 20.00%.

    5. Shareholders electing to receive the Scrip Distribution will be entitled to 3.77318 new Lighthouse shares for
every 100 Lighthouse shares held on the record date, being Friday, 27 March 2026, representing the ratio
that the Scrip Distribution bears to the Scrip Distribution Reference Price.

Shareholders are referred to the tax implications as set out in the Circular and the dividend declaration announcement
released on Tuesday, 10 March 2026.

The salient dates and times announced on Tuesday, 10 March 2026 remain unchanged. Terms defined in the Circular
shall bear the same meaning in this announcement.

As at the date of this announcement, Lighthouse has 2 089 010 218 ordinary shares in issue.

If all shareholders receive the Cash Dividend, the total value of the distribution will amount to EUR 30 244 689.

Should all shareholders elect to receive the Scrip Distribution, a maximum number of 78 822 115 new Lighthouse
shares would be issued.

The allocation of new Lighthouse shares will be such that shareholders receiving the Scrip Distribution will not be
allocated a fraction of a new Lighthouse share. Any entitlement to receive a fraction of a new Lighthouse share will
be rounded down to the nearest whole number and the value of the fraction (less any applicable dividends tax) will
be paid to shareholders, to be announced on Thursday, 26 March 2026.
