Further to the announcement released on SENS on Wednesday, 18
September 2024 regarding the listing approval and the initial public
offer for subscription to the portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty
Limited hereby announce the results of the initial public offer.



Cash subscription

The total cash subscription to the initial public offer is for an
amount of R 11 026 113(Eleven Million Twenty Six Thousand and One
Hundred and Thirteen rands only).
