CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE

In accordance with Paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors of Frontier Transport (the "Board"), wishes to advise
shareholders, that Mr Mark Llewellyn Wilkin will be retiring from his position as
Group Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and as an Executive Director of the Board,
with effect from 31 August 2025.

Ms Ulandy Gribble, currently the financial manager of the Group's largest subsidiary,
Golden Arrow Bus Services Proprietary Limited has been appointed as interim CFO
with effect from 01 September 2025. Ulandy is a qualified Chartered Accountant
(South Africa) and joined the Group in August 2018.

The Company will announce once the permanent CFO and Executive Director
appointment has been made.

On behalf of the Company, the Board extends its deepest gratitude to Mr Wilkin for
over 40 years of extraordinary leadership, unwavering loyalty and dedicated
commitment. His stewardship of our financial strategy has not only safeguarded our
