CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF A DIRECTOR


Shareholders and noteholders are advised that independent non-executive director, Ms Lesego Sennelo,
has notified the board of directors (the "Board") of her intention to retire from the Board with effect from
13 February 2026 to pursue other opportunities. Ms Sennelo will accordingly step down as Chairperson of
the Risk, Compliance and Technology committee and as member of the Remuneration committee and Audit
committee on 13 February 2026.

In line with Redefine's director succession management framework, the Board has resolved to appoint Ms
Cora Fernandez, currently an independent non-executive director of the Company, as member of the Risk,
Compliance and Technology committee with effect from 2 January 2026 and as the Chairperson of the Risk,
compliance and technology committee with effect from 13 February 2026.

Notwithstanding Ms Sennelo's retirement, the Audit committee and the Remuneration committee remain duly
constituted.

The Board thanks Ms Sennelo for her invaluable contribution to Redefine over the past 7 years and wishes
her well in her future endeavours.
