AVAILABILITY OF DJV AGREEMENT SUMMARY


Shareholders are referred to the Company's voluntary trade update announcement dated 30 June 2025, wherein
they were advised that a summary of the Development Joint Venture ('DJV') Agreement and DJV Relationship
Extension Letter ('the Summary') would be prepared and made available in due course. The Summary has
been prepared by MAS with the assistance of its legal advisors, Webber Wentzel, on the instructions of, 
and with the input and information provided by, the independent members of the MAS board and its authorised
representatives.
