CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND COMMITTEES

In compliance with paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Ms Anel van Niekerk has resigned as the Lead Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board of Directors
of Copper 360 ('the Board"), as well as the Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from 13 April 2026.

The Board has accepted the resignation and will consider the appointment of a new Lead Independent Non-
Executive Director as well as Chairman of the Audit Committee. An announcement with updated
information will be released in due course.

The Board recognises and expresses its appreciation for the significant contributions made by Anel to the
Company and wishes her every success in her future endeavours.
