Land plc, under which Richard Howell, Chief Financial Officer of PHP and formerly an
independent non-executive director of Life Science REIT plc has resigned from the board of
directors of Life Science REIT plc. This is effective today following the conclusion of the Scheme
of Arrangement of Life Science REIT plc and British Land plc.
