INVESTEC LIMITED PURCHASE OF INVESTEC PLC ORDINARY SHARES AND REPURCHASE OF
INVESTEC LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES

Further to the share purchase and share buyback programme commencement announcement on
20 August 2025 ("the Programme"), Investec Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce the following
purchases made:

Investec Limited purchases of Investec plc ordinary shares - LSE
The Company purchased the below number of Investec plc's ordinary shares of 0.0002 pence each through
Investec Markets Proprietary Limited.

Date of purchase:                                             20 August 2025 – 26 August 2025
Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:                970,991
Lowest price paid per share                                   GBP5.2900
Highest price paid per share                                  GBP5.6000
Average price paid per share                                  GBP5.4694

The Company intends to treat the shares as if they were treasury shares in the consolidated annual financial
statements of the Investec Group.

Since 20 August 2025, the Company has purchased 970,991 shares at a cost (including dealing and
associated costs) of GBP5,345,340.43.

Investec Limited purchases of Investec plc ordinary shares - JSE
The Company purchased the below number of Investec plc's ordinary shares of 0.0002 pence each through
Investec Markets Proprietary Limited.

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:                889,606
Lowest price paid per share                                   R126.4300
Highest price paid per share                                  R133.7500

The Company intends to treat the shares as if they were treasury shares in the consolidated annual financial
statements of the Investec Group.

Since 20 August 2025, the Company has purchased 889,606 shares at a cost (including dealing and
associated costs) of R116,948,270.90. 

Investec Limited repurchases of Investec Limited ordinary shares - JSE
The Company repurchased the below number of Investec Limited's ordinary shares of R0.0002 each
through Investec Markets Proprietary Limited.

The repurchased Investec Limited shares will be cancelled and reinstated as authorised but unissued
shares in the share capital of Investec Limited.

Since 20 August 2025, the Company has repurchased 757,369 shares at a cost (including dealing and
associated costs) of R100,310,529.69.
