CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Following the announcement published on SENS on 6 February 2026 regarding the executive responsibilities
and management arrangements of the Company, shareholders are hereby advised that Messrs Gordon
Thompson and Seten Naidoo have been permanently appointed as Executive Directors with effect from
2 March 2026.

The Board confirms that it has conducted a fit and proper assessment of Messrs Thompson and Naidoo and
is satisfied with the outcome thereof.

Shareholders are further advised that Messrs Graham Briggs and Stephan du Plessis have resigned as
directors of the Company with effect from 2 March 2026. The Board recognises and expresses its
appreciation for the significant contributions made by Graham and Stephan to the Company and wishes
them every success in their future endeavours.
