CHANGE IN CHAIRMANSHIP OF THE AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEE

In compliance with paragraph 6.71 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE Listings
Requirements"), shareholders are advised of a change in the chairmanship of the Audit and Risk Committee.

Mr Ben Kruger has stepped down as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee with effect from 22 June 2026
but will remain a member of the Committee.

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Neo Dongwana as Chair of the Audit and Risk
Committee with effect from 22 June 2026. The Board confirms that Ms Neo Dongwana is an independent
non-executive director, and that the composition of the Audit and Risk Committee continues to comply with
the requirements of:
   - Section 94 of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (as amended); and
   - The JSE Listings Requirements.

The Board expresses its sincere gratitude to Mr Ben Kruger for his leadership and valuable contribution as
Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and looks forward to his continued participation as a member of the
Committee.

The Board congratulates Ms Neo Dongwana on her appointment and extends its best wishes as she assumes
the role of Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
