CHANGE IN THE NATURE OF ASSOCIATES' HOLDINGS OF THE COMPANY'S SECURITIES


Shareholders and noteholders are advised that on 22 June 2026, H157 Investments Proprietary Limited
("H157 Investments"), transferred 12 500 Equites ordinary shares to Breyfin Proprietary Limited ("Breyfin")
at a price of R17.20 per share for a total value of R215 000.00. Both H157 Investments and Breyfin are
associates of Mustaq Brey, an independent non-executive director of Equites. Mustaq is a beneficiary of the
Mushaky Family Trust, which owns 100% of both companies. After this transaction, there is no change in
Mustaq's indirect beneficial interest in Equites shares. The transaction was conducted on-market and clearance
to deal was received.
