HEALTH CANADA APPROVES ASPEN-SEMAGLUTIDE

Aspen is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Aspen Pharmacare Canada Inc., has
received regulatory approval from Health Canada for Aspen-Semaglutide, a generic
semaglutide injectable.

Aspen-Semaglutide is indicated for the treatment of adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus to
improve glycaemic control, in combination with diet and exercise.

The timing of commercialisation remains dependent on the availability of semaglutide active
pharmaceutical ingredient supply from Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited ("DRL").
Shareholders are referred to recent public disclosures by DRL regarding temporary supply
constraints associated with its semaglutide active pharmaceutical ingredient.
