Notification to Noteholders of Final Redemption and the Automatic Early
Termination for the abovementioned product (collectively, the "UBS
Certificates") listed in the "Actively Managed" sector of the Main Board.

The Reference Portfolio Advisor has advised that they are no longer intending
to advise on and maintain the Reference Portfolio. As such, Noteholders are
hereby notified that the abovementioned portfolio will no longer replicate
an active portfolio strategy. The underlying portfolio will be converted to
cash in its entirety as of Thursday, 11 December 2025.

2. Final Redemption Amount

Each Portfolio Note entitles the investor to receive on the Payment Date an
amount in the Settlement Currency, as calculated by the Calculation Agent,
according to the terms and conditions outlined in the Terms.

The indicative Reference Portfolio Value ("RPV") as at date of this
announcement is ZAR 140.30 / ZAC 14030 per note.
