RESULTS OF VOLUNTARY OFFER


Shareholders and noteholders are referred to the announcements published by Emira on 13 April 2026 and 24 April
2026 regarding the acquisition by Emira of shares in Octodec Investments Limited ("Octodec"), as well as the voluntary
offer by Emira to acquire further Octodec shares (the "Announcements"). All capitalised terms defined in the
Announcements bear the same meaning in this announcement.

Emira advises that through a combination of on-market purchases and the acquisition of shares tendered into the
Voluntary Offer, Emira now holds 62 510 000 Octodec shares, representing 23.5% of the total Octodec shares in issue.

All Octodec shares accepted pursuant to the Voluntary Offer will be acquired from the successful Tendering
Shareholders for the Offer Consideration on the settlement date, being Tuesday, 12 May 2026.
