PSG FINANCIAL SERVICES' CREDIT RATING AFFIRMED WITH STABLE OUTLOOK

Shareholders are advised that the rating agency, Global Credit Rating Company ("GCR"), has,
in its report issued on 28 July 2026, affirmed PSG Financial Services' national scale long-
term issuer rating at AA-(ZA) and the short-term issuer rating at A1+(ZA), with a Stable
Outlook.

GCR states, "The Stable Outlook reflects GCR's expectations that the group will continue to
reflect sustainable AUM growth and sound performance that continues to track ahead of the
market through the cycle."
