CHANGES TO THE BOARD


In accordance with paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Mr Charles Boles has resigned as an independent non-executive director of Hulamin with effect
from 31 March 2026 due to growing demands for his time with regard to other commitments.

The board of directors of Hulamin would like to express its sincere gratitude to Charles for his valuable
contribution and dedication to the Company since his appointment.
