RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are hereby advised that at the annual general meeting of the Company held at
09:00 today, Monday, 11 March 2019 at the AfriGrande Boardroom, PEP Campus Entrance
4, Radnor Street, Parow Industria (“AGM”), all of the resolutions were passed by the requisite
majorities of the Company’s shareholders.
