RETIREMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Mr Riaan Stassen (“Riaan”),
who has served as an independent non-executive director on the Board since April 2016, will
retire with effect from 31 May 2019.

The Board would like to thank Riaan for his strategic insight and positive contribution to the
Company and wishes him well in his retirement.
