UPDATE ON COLLABORATIVE ENGAGEMENT WITH PRINCIPLE DEBT PROVIDERS, RIGHTS OFFER AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 23 April 2019 wherein shareholders were
advised, inter alia, that Omnia had engaged in a collaborative process with its principal debt providers to devise
and implement a restructuring of the existing debt in order to ensure the Group’s long-term sustainability. The
process with the principal debt providers is still ongoing and is progressing well. As part of this process, Omnia
has determined that it is prudent to reduce its overall gearing. To achieve this, Omnia intends to undertake a rights
offer to its shareholders of R2 billion. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in
Omnia shares. Further details and updates will be provided when the financial results for FY2019 are published
on or about 25 June 2019.
