RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR

In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE, shareholders are advised that Mr P H Staude has
notified the Company of his retirement as an independent non-executive director of the board of directors
of the Company (“the Board”) with effect from 30 June 2019.

Peter was appointed as an independent non-executive director to the Board when the Company listed on
the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in 2007.

The Board would like to thank Peter for his deep insights and valuable, committed service to Hulamin and
the Board over many years.
