RESIGNATION OF ALTERNATE NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, RMI shareholders are advised
of the resignation of Mr DR Wilson as an alternate non-executive director to the RMI
board, effective 1 July 2019. Mr Wilson was an alternate non-executive director to Ms A
Kekana.

RMI thanks Mr Wilson for his contribution to the group and wishes him well with his future
ventures.
