CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT: RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2019

Shareholders are referred to the short form announcement published on SENS today, 14 August 2019,
relating to the Metair results for the six months ended 30 June 2019 (“Announcement”). The Company
would like to clarify that there was no ordinary cash dividend declared for the period ended 30 June 2019
and that the ordinary cash dividend of 100 cents per share, referred to in the summary section of the
Announcement, pertains to the ordinary cash dividend paid in the first half of the 2019 financial year in
respect of the dividend declared for the year ended 31 December 2018.
