                              Final Dividend Currency Exchange Rate

On 1 August 2019, Vivo Energy plc declared an interim dividend in respect of the financial period
ended 30 June 2019 of 1.11368 US cents per share.

The default payment of dividends is in US Dollars. For shareholders who hold their shares through
the London Stock Exchange, and have elected to receive their dividends in GBP Sterling, this
announcement confirms the US Dollar / GBP Sterling exchange rate applicable for the final dividend.
