CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND IN EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that Mr Andries de Lange has resigned as a director and chief operating officer of Resilient in
order to pursue personal interests outside of the listed property sector. The resignation will take effect on
29 February 2020.

Mr de Lange has played a significant role in Resilient and the Board thanks him for his invaluable contribution over
many years.

From 1 March 2020, Mr Nick Hanekom will assume the role of chief operating officer and Mrs Monica Muller will be
appointed to the Board and replace Mr Hanekom as chief financial officer.

Mrs Muller completed her articles at Deloitte in 2009 whereafter she qualified as a CA(SA). She was appointed as a
manager of Deloitte in the audit division in 2010 and was promoted to senior manager in 2012. She joined Resilient as
financial manager in October 2013 and was appointed as company secretary in August 2014.

An announcement regarding the appointment of a company secretary will be made in due course.
