Update on Company Secretary

Further to the announcement dated 22 October 2019 in terms of which shareholders were
advised of the resignation of the Company’s company secretary, Sea Harvest is still in the
process of identifying a suitable replacement.

Accordingly, Mr John Paul de Freitas (Chief Financial Officer) will assume the role as interim
company secretary until such time as a suitable candidate has been identified and appointed.

Shareholders will be kept updated in this regard.
