Shareholders are hereby advised that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the Company will report earnings per share (“EPS”) for the six months ended 30 September 2020 of between 22.23 cents and 25 cents (decrease of between 50% and 44%) compared to 44.46 cents for the 6 months ended 30 September 2019. Headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) is anticipated to decrease between 50% and 42% to between 20.77 cents and 24 cents compared to 41.53 cents for the 6 months ended 30 September 2019. The EPS and HEPS calculations are based on a weighted number of shares in issue of 290 000 000 (2019: 290 000 000).
