RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (“AGM”)
The AGM of Mustek shareholders was held today, Monday, 30 November 2020. All the special and
ordinary resolutions as set out in the notice of AGM to shareholders, dated 30 October 2020, were
approved by the requisite majority of shareholders.
Details of the results of voting at the annual general meeting are as follows:
. total number of Mustek shares that could have been voted at the AGM: 70 000 000
. total number of Mustek shares that were present/represented at the AGM: 53 041 426,
representing 75,77% of the total number of Mustek shares that could have been voted at the
AGM.
The special resolutions will be filed with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission.
