DECLARATION OF CASH DIVIDEND
Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the group's operations and the requirement to
preserve cash resources, the directors have resolved not to declare a final dividend.
AUDITOR'S OPINION
The annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2021 have been audited by
BDO South Africa Inc., who expressed an unmodified audit opinion. A copy of the audit opinion
is available for inspection at the company's registered office together with the financial
statements identified in the auditor's opinion.
DIRECTORS' STATEMENT
The directors, who take responsibility for the contents of this short-form announcement, present
the abridged results of Hosken Consolidated Investments Limited for the year ended 31 March 2021.
The results were prepared under the supervision of the financial director, Mr JR Nicolella CA(SA).
