RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Shareholders are advised that Sacha du Plessis, the chief marketing officer and
an executive director, has resigned from the group with effect from 15 September
2021 to pursue other business interests.

Sacha has been with the group for 14 years and served in various senior marketing
roles, and as chief marketing officer since 2019. He was appointed as an executive
director of Spur Corporation in October 2020.

Spur Corporation chairman Mike Bosman said: “On behalf of the board I thank
Sacha for his outstanding contribution in leading the group’s marketing portfolio.
He has been instrumental in the growth and positioning of our brands as some of
the country’s most loved family restaurant outlets. Most recently he led the
development of our suite of virtual kitchen brands. Sacha plans to pursue his
entrepreneurial ambitions and we wish him every success.”
