DELAY IN PAYMENT OF DISTRIBUTION IN RESPECT OF ACCRUED INTEREST PAYMENTS FOR THE SIX
MONTHS ENDING 31 AUGUST 2023

Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on
7 August 2023 regarding the distribution in respect of accrued interest payments for the six months ending
31 August 2023.

The payment due on 28 August 2023 has not been affected, and payment will be made on 29 August 2023.

The late payment is because of technical issues experienced, delaying funding of the relevant account for payment.

The distribution comprising only of accrued interest is as follows:
Accrued interest in ZAR per GBP Note: R0.48
Accrued interest in ZAR per USD Note: R0.37
Accrued interest in ZAR per EURO Note: R0.28
