NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN AUDITOR

In compliance with paragraph 3.78 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Ernst & Young Inc. ("EY")
has been appointed as the Company's external auditor, with Ms Merisha
Kassie as designated audit partner, for the financial year ending June
2024, replacing PricewaterhouseCoopers Incorporated ("PwC"). The
appointment was approved by shareholders at the Company's Annual
General Meeting held on 16 November 2023.

The change in audit firm was initiated by the Company in 2021, in terms
of the (subsequently repealed) rule on Mandatory Audit Firm Rotation,
as PwC had served as the appointed auditor for more than ten consecutive
financial years.

The Board sincerely thanks PwC for its work with the Company over the
years and welcomes EY as the new external auditor of the Company.
