APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In compliance with the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that the Company
is delighted to announce that Ms. Amanda Dambuza has been appointed to the Company Board of Directors
as a non executive director, with effect from 4 December 2023.

Ms. Dambuza is a seasoned technology expert and is the Chief Executive Officer of UYANDISWA, a
management and technology consulting firm, which she founded in 2013. Ms. Dambuza has enjoyed a strong
and lengthy career in Information Technology, within the Financial Services and Banking industries.

She is currently an independent non-executive director of listed REIT Redefine Properties Limited. She also
sits on the board of Mineworkers Investment Company, Dynamic Visual Technologies, Inspired Testing and
CloudSmiths. Ms Dambuza was previously the Independent Chairperson and Lead Independent non-
executive Director of Grindrod Bank Limited and Financial Services Director of Adapt IT Limited.

Ms. Dambuza has a Bachelor of Arts (Wits), Project Manager Professional (PMI), Organizational Leadership
through Dukes Corporate Education, amongst several other qualifications in the field of technology and project
management.

The Company extends a warm welcome to Ms. Amanda Dambuza and looks forward to her participating role
and valuable guidance in the years ahead.
