APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Further to the announcement of the appointment of Riaan Gous as interim company secretary with effect from
27 November 2023, published on 27 November 2023, shareholders are advised that Thabo Vilakazi has been
appointed as the company secretary of the Company with effect from 18 March 2024.

Thabo holds LLB and LLM degrees from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. He is an admitted attorney,
conveyancer and notary public and is currently a director in the Real Estate and Conveyancing practice at
CMS South Africa.

The Board is satisfied that Thabo possesses the requisite competence and experience for the role.

The Board welcomes Thabo to the position and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
