DEALINGS IN THE COMPANY'S SECURITIES BY THE COMPANY SECRETARY

Notice is hereby given, in terms of paragraphs 3.63 to 3.66 of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, of the following transaction in respect of the company's shares by the company secretary of
the company.

The transaction, for which the prescribed clearance was given, is in respect of the sale of ordinary shares
of the company (in which the company secretary has a 100% direct and beneficial interest) and was
executed on-market on 12 March 2024. The transaction relates to shares that vested on that date and
which were held in terms of the company's legacy 1998 share scheme. The share sales were undertaken
to settle the loan repayable and tax due by the company secretary on vesting, and to enable the
rebalancing of his investment portfolio:
