AVAILABILITY OF THE AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2025


In compliance with paragraph 6.7. of the Debt & Specialist Securities Listings Requirements ("DSS Listings Requirements") of
JSE Limited, 27four hereby notifies its securities holders that the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March
2025 for all of the portfolios which it manages are available on its website and may be accessed via the following link:

The Manager further wishes to advise that there were no material changes to the terms and conditions to the 27four ETF
Programme Memorandum and the relevant supplements.
