Shareholders are further advised that the audited group and company annual financial statements for the year
ended 31 December 2025 are unchanged from the reviewed condensed group financial statements for the year
ended 31 December 2025 which were published on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited
("JSE") on 19 March 2026.
KPMG Inc. audited the group and company annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025
and their unqualified reports are available for inspection at the registered office of the Company at

Shareholders are hereby advised that the notice of the 25th annual general meeting of shareholders of Exxaro
is available on the Company's website and will be distributed to shareholders today. The meeting will be held
at The conneXXion, 263B West Avenue, Die Hoewes, Centurion, South Africa, at 10h00 on Wednesday, 27 May
2026, and will be conducted in a hybrid format, allowing participation both in person and electronically.
