NOTICE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES IN TERMS OF SECTION 122(3)


In compliance with section 122(3) (b) of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008) (“Companies
Act”) and paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Invicta has received notification in terms of section 122(1) of the Companies Act that
Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Ltd (on behalf of its clients) have acquired a beneficial
interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that its entire beneficial interest amounts to
5.03% (previously 4.98%) of the total number of ordinary shares in issue.

As required in terms of section 122(3) (a) of the Companies Act, Invicta has filed the required
notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.

The Company accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement to the
extent that it relates to the Company confirming receipt of the section 122 notices. To the best of
its knowledge and belief, the Company has not omitted any information which is likely to affect the
import of the information.
