PUBLICATION OF THE AMENDED PROGRAMME MEMORANDUM

Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Ltd has received approval from the JSE Limited ("JSE") to issue an amended
Programme Memorandum to the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme, registered as such in terms of
the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002.

This amendment is in line with Satrix's intention to issue Actively Managed Exchange Traded Funds
("AMETFs") and to further enhance the structure and offerings of the Scheme.

A summary of the changes effected in the Amended Programme Memorandum is provided below:

   •   updates to the name "JSE Debt Listings Requirements" to "JSE Debt and Specialist Listings
       Requirements" (the "Requirements") as required in terms of the requirements of the JSE;
   •   updates to the "Table of Contents";
   •   updates to the "Corporate Information";
   •   updates to the "Interpretation";
   •   updates to "Introduction", "Investment Objective And Benefits ", "Management" and "Income
       And Costs", expanding coverage of AMETFs;
   •   updates to "Exchange Control Consequences", providing more explicit information for non-
       residents and emigrants from the Common Monetary Area
   •   updates to "Risks of Investing in Satrix", expanded section on risks, including new risks
       associated with AMETFs;
   •   updates to the "Management", including a reference to the Directors Disclosure Document in
       accordance with paragraph 4.17(b) of the JSE Requirements;
   •   any other ancillary updates which give effect to these amendments.
